Wellness Designed with You in Mind

Wellness workshops are designed to have exercise, nutrition, and healthy living components, with a focus on establishing and maintaining healthy habits. Currently, there are active older adult workshops available for groups and communities and group fitness classes for communities or Parkinson’s groups. On-site and virtual employee wellness programs and workshops are now available.

Employee Wellness Programs:

Workshop series, staff training, and/or group exercise programs are held in-person throughout Bucks County or live virtually everywhere else. Pre-reocrded workshops and trainings are available by request. Programs can include physical activity/exercise programming, stress reduction and mental health support, workplace safety and ergonomics, and nutritional guidance. All components are trailored to meet organizational needs. Pricing is dependent on type of program selected, format, and location.

6 Weeks to a Healthier, Happier You Workshop

A 6 week series designed to build a healthy and sustainable lifestyle through fitness, nutrition, and wellness realms for adults 60+. Each week there will be a rotating group exercise program, brief healthy living and nutrition seminar, take home workout and healthy recipe of the week, and a weekly wellness challenge to build long lasty healthy habits. Participants also receive 24/7 email access, a 30 minute wellness call, ‘How to Move’ e-book (written by Let’s Get Moving owner Kait Joffey), and all electronic materials. This workshop is available locally within Bucks County, PA area or virtually anywhere. Pricing is dependent on location and number of participants (minimum of 4).

Group Wellness and Fitness

Private small group wellness programs are geared toward healthy aging, incorporating nutrition coaching and/or exercise support are available. Programs are completed in a 4-6 week series working toward a common, designated goal. Private small group fitness classes are available for 55+ communities, active older adult groups, and Parkinson’s groups. Examples of group fitness programs including PWR! Moves classes, Urban Poling, fall prevention, and functional fitness. All group program pricing is dependent on location, number of participants (minimum of 4), and number of classes selected.
